1062 steps. Yep, you read that right. That’s how many steps it is to the bottom of the river basin and back up. But viewing the Tallulah Gorge Falls was worth every step.
We took the family on a trip to Tallulah Gorge State Park and decided to trek down the MANY steps to the gorge basin. Visitors can request river access but the park wasn’t allowing it during our visit. Even still, the falls were magnificent and the rugged beauty breathtaking.
